SLIP DRESS AND TURTLENECK OUTFIT

The weather hasn’t been easy on us lately, and we all like wearing dresses… so today I would like to give you one more idea on wearing a dress in winter.

One may think that we would hide our favorite slip dress deep down in the closet already in the fall, and say goodbye to it for a long, cold months ahead… But why not to wear that slip dress with a good old, simple turtleneck… ;)

Wearing your turtleneck under a dress is a perfect idea for chilly days. I guess that’s the greatest thing about the todays outfit. The second great thing is that it’s a huge trend now (wearing a cami on top of a shirt or a blouse, or pairing a slip dress with practically anything). The third great thing is that we can really allow ourselves to go a little crazy with colors. If both your dress and turtleneck are plain you can decide on some crazy color combinations. But of course you can stay classical ;) – just like I did. :)

Beside a turtleneck a good choice is also wearing a long coat. I don’t know about you, but I have only one short jacket in my closet. The rest are coats. I can’t imagine walking outside or getting into an unheated car in a short jacket. Brrr! I get chilly even thinking about it. ;)
